Clark County and Respective Cities, Arkansas are accepting RFQ Proposals for Emergency Medical Services/Ambulance Services.
Professional Services for this RFQ may be required in the areas of advanced life support/paramedic-level EMS, ground ambulance transportation, and dispatch, reporting, and monitoring operations.
RFQ forms, specifications, and instructions may be obtained, starting Friday, July 18, 2025 at the Office of County Judge, Troy Tucker, located at 401 Clay Street, Arkadelphia, AR 71923. 870-246-5847.
Sealed RFQ Proposals for Emergency Medical Services will be received by Clark County, at the County Judge’s Office, 401 Clay Street, Arkadelphia, AR 71923 until August 7, 2025, at 4:30 PM. Any request received after the deadline shall not be considered. No electronic submissions will be accepted.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in the proposals received, to evaluate proposals, and to accept any proposal or proposals which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the County.
