General Voting Information

Applicant must be eighteen (18) years of age, a citizen of the United States Of America and a resident of Clark County.

In order to vote in an election, you must be registered thirty (30) days prior to the election.

To download an application for new registration or to change your address, or to check the status of your voter registration and find your polling place, please go to www.votenaturally.org.

If you are a current registered voter, you can check your voter information by going to www.voterview.org.

Absentee Voting

Absentee ballots are mailed out starting three weeks before an election.

To apply for absentee voting, please download, print and complete the following application, then return it to this office for processing.

Early Voting Location

Early voting is at the Arkadelphia Recreation Center, 2555 Twin Rivers Drive in Arkadelphia.  Click here for a map and directions.

Vote Centers

Clark County has vote centers now. You can vote at any of the following vote centers regardless of your precinct as long as you are a registered Clark County voter.
